1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a binding legal agreement between you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) and JF Solutions Limited (“we”, “us”, or “our”), governing your access to and use of the JF Meeting platform, applications, and related conferencing services (https://meeting.jfsolution-bd.com).
By creating an account, accessing the website, joining a meeting room, or using any feature of JF Meeting, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the platform.
2. Description of Service
JF Meeting is a modern, self-hosted video conferencing platform engineered for high-fidelity communication. Features provided include real-time multi-party video and audio conferencing, screen sharing, in-meeting text chat, live emoji reactions, waiting rooms, host management controls, scheduled meetings, recurring meeting series, Personal Meeting Rooms (PMR), and calendar integrations.
We continuously update and optimize the service. We reserve the right to enhance, modify, or temporarily discontinue features to maintain security, infrastructure reliability, or platform compliance.
3. Accounts and Account Security
Certain features, such as scheduling conferences, hosting Personal Meeting Rooms, and connecting external calendar integrations, require creating a registered host account.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, password, and session access.
- You must notify us immediately upon discovering any unauthorized access to or compromise of your account.
- You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account credentials.
4. Meetings and Participant Responsibilities
When hosting or joining a conference on JF Meeting:
- Host Controls: Meeting hosts and designated co-hosts possess administrative authority to admit or eject participants, mute microphones, lock rooms, enable waiting rooms, and manage participant permissions.
- Participant Conduct: Participants agree to behave respectfully, follow meeting instructions established by the host, and comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws.
- Consent for Audio/Video: Participants acknowledge that turning on cameras or unmuting microphones transmits real-time audio and video feeds to other authorized attendees in the conference room.
5. Acceptable Use
JF Meeting is intended for lawful personal, professional, educational, and business communication. You agree to use the platform in compliance with all applicable laws and ethical standards, and you agree not to use the service in any manner that disrupts or impairs platform infrastructure.
6. Prohibited Activities
When accessing or using JF Meeting, you strictly agree NOT to:
- Engage in harassment, hate speech, defamation, threats, stalking, or unlawful discrimination against any individual or group.
- Transmit, broadcast, or display obscene, sexually explicit, violent, or illegal content.
- Disrupt meetings without authorization (e.g., “meeting bombing”, unauthorized audio blasting, or nuisance participation).
- Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our servers, networks, or applications without prior written authorization.
- Bypass or circumvent security controls, authentication mechanisms, passcodes, rate limits, or waiting rooms.
- Use automated scripts, bots, spiders, or scrapers to harvest meeting codes, attendee details, or platform metadata.
- Transmit viruses, worms, malware, spyware, or other harmful code through in-meeting chat or upload channels.
- Impersonate any person, business, entity, or JF Solutions representative.
7. Meeting Links, Codes and Invitations
Meeting codes, invitation links, and Personal Meeting Room URLs are confidential credentials granted to conference organizers and invited guests.
- Hosts are responsible for distributing meeting links and passcodes only to intended attendees.
- Public posting of private meeting links or passcodes on public social media or message boards is discouraged to prevent unauthorized entry.
- Hosts may revoke invitation links or update room passcodes at any time to re-establish meeting privacy.
8. Calendar Integrations
JF Meeting offers optional synchronization with third-party calendar providers, including Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook / Microsoft 365.
- Connecting an external calendar requires explicit OAuth authorization through the third party’s official consent interface.
- The integration is provided strictly to create, update, and manage calendar entries corresponding to your JF Meeting schedules.
- You may disconnect the integration at any time from your Calendar Settings. Disconnecting revokes tokens and terminates future synchronization.
- We are not responsible for scheduling conflicts, sync delays, or downtime arising from third-party provider outages.
9. User Content and Communications
You retain full ownership of all intellectual property, data, and communications transmitted by you during a meeting (“User Content”), including screen shares, audio, video, and chat messages.
You grant JF Solutions Limited only the limited, non-exclusive technical license required to transmit, transcode, and route your content to other conference participants for the sole purpose of operating the live meeting.
10. Service Availability
We make commercially reasonable efforts to ensure continuous, high-speed availability of JF Meeting. However, video conferencing relies on complex internet infrastructure, third-party internet service providers, and device capabilities. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully available at all times. Scheduled maintenance may be conducted periodically.
11. Third-Party Services
JF Meeting may integrate with or link to external third-party services (e.g., Google Calendar API, Microsoft Graph API). Your use of those third-party services is governed by the respective provider’s terms of service and privacy policies. JF Solutions Limited does not control and is not liable for third-party service terms or availability.
12. Intellectual Property
All software, visual interfaces, designs, source code, logos, trademarks, and documentation associated with JF Meeting are the intellectual property of JF Solutions Limited or its licensors, protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reverse engineer, decompile, redistribute, or create derivative works of our software without express written permission.
13. Privacy
Your privacy is vital to us. Our data collection, usage, and protection practices are detailed in the JF Meeting Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into and forms an integral part of these Terms.
14. Suspension or Termination
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend, limit, or terminate your account or access to the platform immediately, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited activities, abuse platform resources, or create legal liability for JF Solutions Limited or its users.
15. Disclaimers

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR BE FREE OF BUGS, ERRORS, OR DISRUPTIONS.
16. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL JF SOLUTIONS LIMITED, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.
17. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to amend or replace these Terms at any time. When changes are made, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this document. Continued use of JF Meeting after revisions become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
18. Governing Law / Jurisdiction
These Terms are intended to be interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any specific governing-law or jurisdiction provisions applicable to your organization should be reviewed and finalized by qualified legal counsel.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
